GIRLS WRESTLING PROGRAM:

We're excited to announce that we will once again be starting up a dedicated High School Girls Wrestling program with dedicated coaches to focus on Girls wrestling, technique, and training and to help prepare for USAW Folkstyle Nationals, USAW Freestyle/Greco Regionals, Junior Duals, and Fargo Nationals.   We encourage all wrestlers and clubs to join this High School program to increase competition and ND Success. 

Girls program will start March 2nd and go from 4:15pm to 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.  

Cost is $50 per month and includes use of the training facility with a spacious gym with free weights, girls locker rooms, showers, sauna, theater room and viewing area!!  Exercise and strength program provided in the summer month programs.

BOYS WRESTLING PROGRAM:

We're equally excited to announce that we are once again starting up a dedicated High School Boys Wrestling program with dedicated coaches and to help prepare for USAW Folkstyle Nationals, possibly Virgina Beach, USAW Freestyle/Greco Regionals, Junior Duals, and Fargo Nationals.   We encourage all wrestlers and clubs to join this High School program to increase competition and ND Success. 

Boys program will start March 2nd and go from 4:15pm to 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.   The program will run in March and April with a break in May.  Then in June and July we will prepare for Junior Duals and Junior Nationals with Team ND.
